Our Story

Volcanic Terroir, Unmatched Flavor

In 1982, amidst the fertile shadows of Gongory Mountain, Ato Tesfaye Ebro planted the first Arabica seedlings in volcanic soil—guided by a simple belief: "Coffee is a covenant with the land." Today, his grandson Yonas Tarekegn and great-granddaughter Trinity steward those same trees, now sheltering scarlet macaws and fed by compost from their own cherries.

What began as a family farm is now a mission-driven enterprise blending tradition with innovation—like our 48-hour anaerobic fermentation inspired by Ethiopian tejj winemaking.
